What is payday filing?
Employers are required to file employment information with Inland Revenue after each payday. When filing electronically, this is generally due within 2 working days of the payday. We manage the payday filing process through Xero Payroll as part of your payroll service.
How many employees do your packages cover?
Payroll is included only where specifically stated in the selected package and within the agreed scope. Additional payroll services are quoted based on the number of employees, pay frequency and service requirements.
Can you help with staff rosters and clock-in systems?
Yes. We can help set up practical solutions for staff rostering, timesheets, attendance and employee sign-in or clock-in. Where suitable, these systems can integrate with Xero Payroll so employee hours flow into payroll with less manual entry.
Can employees submit their own timesheets and leave?
Yes. Xero Me allows employees to submit timesheets, request leave and access their payslips. We can set this up as part of your payroll system.
